How do I set up the Feedback Tool?
Starting with SellerMobile’s Feedback Tool is simple. You just need to ensure that you add our email address as an “approved sender” on your Amazon Seller Central account. This will prevent Amazon from blocking the emails you send to customers through our Feedback Tool.
Follow these steps to add SellerMobile as an approved sender:
1. Log into your Amazon Seller Central account by clicking on one of the links below. Once logged in, you will be directed to the communication manager page.
2. Add email@example.com as an Approved Sender in your Amazon Seller Central account.
