Communication is key for any successful business-customer relationship. But when communication lines are always crowded, like the seller support department of Amazon, what would you do? Access “Top Solutions”
The easiest way to find answers to your problems is by looking up the list of questions often asked by sellers. These questions are displayed in the “Top Solutions”.

Here’s how you can access “Top Solutions”
Step 1: Sign in to your Amazon Seller Account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Help Section. Once you have connected to Amazon Seller Central customer service, select what your problem is associated to. Make sure you knew where your concerns fall into. Here are two choices you will normally see:
- Selling on Amazon – choose this option if you have issues or questions related to selling or listing on Amazon.
- Advertising & Stores – choose this option if you have issues or questions related to sponsored brands, stores and sponsored products.
Step 3: After you have clicked the right option, you will then be redirected to a detailed page. This page contains a search bar and a list of commonly asked questions as hyperlinks.

Step 1: Sign in to your Amazon Seller Account and Navigate to the Help Section.
Step 2: On the left pane, click on the dropdown option named “Other account issues”.
Step 3: At the bottom of the page, you will see three options on how you can reach out to the customer support team – Email, Phone and Chat.
Step 4: Click on the email tab. You will then be asked to write down your reason for contact and describe the issue.
Step 5: Hit the submit button. The email will then be sent through the customer service team. Expect a reply within 24 hours.
